SHIPPING POLICY

All BigSqueezr products ship from US-based warehouses for fast domestic delivery.

PROCESSING TIME
Orders are processed within 1-3 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays). You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking once your order ships.

SHIPPING TIMES (United States)
Standard Shipping: 3-8 business days
Most orders arrive within one week of placing your order.

ORDER TRACKING
A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order ships. Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking information to update with the carrier (USPS, UPS, or FedEx).

SHIPPING DELAYS
BigSqueezr is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or high-demand periods. If your order has not arrived within 14 business days of the ship date, please contact hello@squeezr.shop and we'll investigate with the carrier.

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
Once a package is marked "Delivered" by the carrier, BigSqueezr is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please file a claim directly with the carrier.

INCORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESS
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. Orders returned to sender due to incorrect or incomplete addresses will be refunded minus original shipping costs and a 15% restocking fee.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We currently ship within the United States only.
