REFUND POLICY

We want you to love your BigSqueezr products. Here's how returns work:

DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED ITEMS?
If your product arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 14 days with a photo. Claims must include order number and photos of both the product and packaging. We'll issue a full refund — no need to return the product.

CHANGED YOUR MIND?
Due to the hygiene nature of skincare products, we cannot accept returns of opened items. Unopened items in original packaging may be returned within 14 days for store credit. Customer pays return shipping. Returns subject to a 15% restocking fee.

PIMPLE PATCHES & PORE VACUUMS
These items are final sale once opened. We're sorry, but we cannot restock or resell used skincare devices.

WRONG ITEM / NEVER RECEIVED
Contact us within 14 days of the expected delivery date. We'll investigate with the carrier and either reship or refund.

REFUND PROCESSING
Approved refunds are processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method. Store credit is issued immediately upon approval.
